All Participants must complete and hand this questionnaire in at least one week before the Workshop.

Through providing the relevant information all participants will contribute to the day and the topic's that are covered.
Thus giving the group a sense of collective knowledge.

The music structure and topic format will provoke conversations within the group and start team spirit.
